I started this business because I like to be around and help people. I've also learned that I love helping my clients improve the look of their home. Understanding flooring products are really important to me and is probably the single most important factor of buying flooring. I strive to relay my product knowledge to my customers. I am super honest and will tell you my opinion on just about any flooring product. Mike Boire
President/Owner
An Oregon native, Mike had the opportunity to play baseball at Oregon State University in the 90s. This was followed by overseas baseball time with the Wannaroo Giants of Perth, Australia. Upon ending his playing career, Mike moved into the business world where he focused on flooring. Mike spends much of his spare time mountain biking, traveling, golfing and spending time with family and friends. Mike brings the knowledge of the value of team and the system that must be in place to create a winning atmosphere. It is with this philosophy that he approaches his business, his employees, and his clients.
Laura Boire
Office Manager
Laura is a Colorado native and grew up in Pueblo. Prior to joining the Colorado Carpet & Flooring team, Laura was a park ranger for about 15 years. Laura has a degree in Natural Resource from Colorado State University. She enjoys nature and wildlife and being outside. Outside activities include running, camping, biking, and hiking. Her dog, Max, is the Colorado Carpet & Flooring mascot!
Adam Clements
Vice President/Owner
Adam is a Colorado native born and raised in Englewood. After nearly two decades of sales in the construction industry, Adam joined the team at Colorado Carpet & Flooring. Adam enjoys spending a lot of his free time with his wife & two children. His hobbies include fitness, MMA, and enjoying the wonderful Colorado outdoors. He is extremely passionate about the high level of service he provides his customers. This passion combined with his attention to detail and background in construction allow Adam to provide Colorado Carpet & Flooring clients a great experience from start to finish.
Alycia Powers
Office Coordinator
Alycia is a Colorado native and grew up in Castle Rock. She enjoys watching her boys play sports, camping and spending time with her family. Prior to working at Colorado Carpet & Flooring, Alycia was a hair stylist for 17 years.
Max
Mascot
Max is the Colorado Carpet & Flooring mascot! He is a husky mix that loves walks, making friends and PetProtect carpet.
